So you've replaced all the instrument and button LED's, but your sliders are still that nasty yellow, dim affair!
You will need; White PLCC2 LED's x 2, a suitable resistor, Torx T8, solder, fine tip soldering iron, and narrow gauge wire.
Remove the panel containing the hazard light switch from the car by simply lifting the leading edge, and unplugging the single cable.
Turn the part over and you will see the bulb, and 4 T8 screws holding in the PCB. Remove the four screws and lift off the black cover.
Turn over the PCB, here you will see all the switches, LED's and circuits, along with the top of the bulb holder.
The bulb simply twists out, so remove it. this will reveal 2 pads of solder which is where the power for the bulb comes from.
Take your 2 LED's and put them side by side, ensuring that they are the same way around. Solder a small link of wire between the 2 LED's, I find it easier if you 'hold' the LED's with a small piece of blu tak.
Then solder the resistor to one unused terminal, and a length of cable to the final remaining terminal.
LED's are polarity sensitive, so you must install them the correct way round, the flat side of the LED should go to the inner pad, and the indicated side should go to the outer.
You should have somthing resembling the photo below when complete.
Re-assemble the panel. The LED's should be proud of the black plastic.
Fit it back in the car and see how it looks, you should be able to adjust the position of the LED's in order to get maximum brightness.
