I've owned my smart for 2 years after trading in my Suzuki Jeep. At 61 I'm a bit of a silver surfer.

Originally, I made my own nudge bars, front and rear, from scrap tubing with the addition of driving lights on the front bar.

Altogether with the lights they come to a grand total of......... £30!!

Following that, I fitted some Mercedes 16" wheels along with low profile tyres. As these wheels are 5 stud, I needed to purchase some hub adaptors to make them fit.

Aftermarket rear light clusters, with custom boot lights, and mudflaps all round complete the current look.

The addition of aftermarket head light trims, colour coded silver to match the tridion was the next stage.

In spring 2008 I removed my nudge bars and the black side stripe from the doors. The stripe was replaced with a silver one, in the same design to complement the tridion. Mirrors with side repeaters from s-smart were also added.

Following the removal of the rear nudge bar I replaced it with a twin stainless steel bar.
