ABS Control Units...

Here we have a comparison of ABS units fitted between the G1 and G2 Smarts.

As you can see G2 pump (left) is much bigger, it is a much more complex unit capable of braking individual wheels as part of the ESP control.

What we did find interesting is the fact Smart upped the size of the brake lines from the master cylinder from 3/16 to 5/8.

If you look closely you can see the outlet for the extra outlet at the rear. (G2 now on the right)
